Single Auger Pull Types

The 400 Pull-Type has a maximum payload of 10,000 lbs (4,536kg), struck capacity of 320 ft³ (9.1 m³) or 378 ft³ (10.7 m³) with tub extension, and requires 60 horse power (45 kW).  Vertical mixers that use smaller single stage planetary drives, Supreme uses the heaviest two-stage planetary drive available. Combined with a heavy duty gearbox, this robust system rotates the auger through the toughest of materials

Twin Auger Pull Types

The 1200T Pull-Type has a maximum payload of 40,000 lbs (18,144 kg), struck capacity of 935 ft³ (26.5 m³) or 1,075 ft³ (30.4 m³) with tub extension, and requires 180 horse power (134 kW).Supreme uses the heaviest two-stage planetary drive available. Combined with a heavy duty gearbox, this robust system rotates the auger through the toughest of materials

Triple Auger Pull Types

The 1500TR Pull-Type has a maximum payload of 50,000* lbs (22,680* kg), struck capacity of 1,192 ft³ (33.8 m³) or 1,356 ft³ (38.4 m³) with tub extension, and requires 200 horse power (149 kW). Combined with a heavy duty gearbox, this robust system rotates the auger through the toughest of materials. This simple design features few moving parts with no chains, sprockets or counter-shafts to worry about.

Truck Mounted Proccesor

Truck Mount processors are available in either Front Engine PTO or Rear Engine PTO configurations, and use some of the heaviest hydrostatic drive motors and pumps in the industry. Unlike competition, Supreme Truck Mounts use full size hydrostatic motors to drive the augers. These trucks give the operator variable auger control and high speed RPM functionality. Stationary Feed Processors

An energy efficient way to mix your feed mechanical drive can be powered by electric or diesel power. Like our Pull-Type models, our Mechanical Stationaries have robust heavy-duty planetary drives. All stationary models are equipped with end door and fixed chute for easy unloading of mixed wet or dry commodities. Various pedestal heights are available to fit each operation’s requirements.
